Each time you translate with us, we share that success with our insight community. We donate £1 (or $ equivalent) for every 1,000 words translated to the Market Research Benevolent Association. Our donations go towards providing financial support to insight professionals who have fallen on hard times, as well as bursaries for young researchers looking for training.

As a multicultural, multilingual group of people working in an industry that gives voice globally, celebrating diversity is in our DNA. But we don’t rest on our laurels. The Empower team agreed unanimously to be a founding signatory of the Market Research Society’s (MRS) Inclusion Pledge, meaning we are accountable to a governing body. Our CEO, Ruth Partington, is a member of the MRS Representation in Research Steering Committee. We continuously discuss – and implement – practices, processes and policies that further enhance inclusion and equality within our team. We are also a certified Women-Owned Enterprise, and are featured in the E2E Female 100.
Carbon neutral by 2026.
Empower is a founding signatory of the Market Research Society Net Zero Pledge, and committed to producing zero carbon emissions by 2026. We also commit to collaboration and education, both for ourselves and others, on having a positive impact on the environment. We are a team of office-goers and remote workers who recognise the effects of our individual, day-to-day choices on the environment. Our progress towards positive environmental impact includes long-term action points on renewable energy and carbon emission monitoring, whether at home or in the office.
